Safeguard & Inspection Plan: Value Property Management, LLC. will provide weekly house checks and lawn maintenance for your REO homes. The inspection plans will safeguard your properties from vandalism, squatting, graffiti, and theft. Our goal is to help prepare your home for selling and to safeguard the home during the selling process! Our prices are dependent upon the clean up and the
inspection plan that you wish to implement.

Interior Clean-up includes: Bathrooms, Kitchens, fireplaces, ceiling fans & light fixtures, upper & lower level windows and window sills/baseboards, laundry rooms, closets, common living areas, and garage. We vacuum carpets and mop floors but steam cleaning & waxing are excluded from the Interior Cleanup. We also do cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets, and all other basic cleaning from the top to the bottom of the house. Prices are dependent upon condition of property found on initial inspection.

Exterior Clean-up includes:  Mowing the lawn, shrubs trimmed, raking, sidewalks and driveways edged. Prices are dependent upon condition and size of lawn & property found on initial inspection.

Homeowners: If you are ready to put your unoccupied house on the market and need help cleaning-up, we can provide basic interior clean up, handyman work, and lawn care maintenance to prepare your property for prospective buyers. Prices are dependent upon the condition of the property found on initial inspection.

Canine Waste Disposal: An additional service we provide, is the pick-up and disposal of canine waste. The canine waste will be disposed of in your garbage container.

All calls for service include a full digital picture shoot of the property, before and after, in order to
keep all concerned parties updated on its status.  We can e-mail these pictures anywhere
and are done daily, if required.
